When I had my first machine shop job over 20 years ago, those words were repeated to me over & over again (usually when I'd made a mistake) by one of the best machinists I've ever known. He demanded that I do things right and to this day that's the attitude I've always worked under. It was my privilege to have learned from him and I am grateful for the knowledge, and attitude, that was imparted to me by him and the other 'old timers' I was lucky enough to learn from.
I'm personally involved with every part we make and take pride in the quality and appearance of the parts that leave our company. I consider us to not be tradesmen who are paid for doing something, but rather craftsmen that offer a valuable skill to our customers. It is a compliment to our skill that people chose to spend their money with us and a greater compliment still that they return to us again.

CNC Milling:
We offer precision milling of parts ranging in size from less than .500 in. up to 40 in. in length. We can mill anything from plastics to heat treated 50hrc steel, and hold size tolerances as low as ±.0002 for size and ±.0005 for position.CNC Turning:
We offer precision turning of parts ranging from less than Ø.100 in. up to Ø16 in. and in length from less than .250 in. up to 40 in. We can hold size tolerances as low as ±.0002 in.High Volume Production:
With our low shop rate and high level of customer satisfaction, you will be hard pressed to find a supplier that can give you greater total value. Depending on the size and comlexity of parts, we can usually deliver even high quantities of parts in less than 4 weeks.Prototype & Low Volume Production:
Need a prototype part or small batch size? No problem! We have a lot of experience working with "one-off" type jobs and are more than qualified to run your part. Depending on the material availabilty and complexity of the part, we can often start work within a couple days of receiving the order.Fixture Building:
We have over 20 years of experience working with castings and difficult to hold parts. No matter how ugly or irregular your part may be, we can help you to figure out a way to hold it and supply tooling to accomplish that.Casting Machining:
We have over 20 years of experience working with castings and know well how to balance them out around the part that needs to be made. Some castings make it easy for you, but many do not. No matter what the condition of the casting is, if there's a good part in there, we can find it for you!Reworking / Reconditioning of Parts:
If you had bought from us the first time, we would not be having this discussion at all. None the less, if you find yourself with parts that you can't sell and that you don't have time to remake, send them to us before you throw them away! We are expert at salvaging parts that people think are hopeless. We can't work miracles, but if there's any possible way to salvage the parts, we can do it, no matter how difficult it is.
Outsourced Services
We don't have the equipment to do everything ourselves, but we do have long standing relationships with some of the best specialty manufacturing companies in the southwest and have partnered with them many times to make difficutl parts.
These relationships allow us to quote and deliver a finished product to you that is ready for use, not one that has only been machined and requires additional work.
